GV Kumar
Chairman
Our Founder and Chairman GV Kumar has over three decades of leadership experience in manufacturing and Technology sectors. GV, as he is fondly called by everyone, is the Founder and CEO of XIUS. He successfully established XIUS as a cutting-edge telecom technology company and led its development of unique products to solve the business problems of telecom operators unattended by incumbent telecom solution providers.
GV is credited with the ideation and commercial development of several patented mobile and payment technologies and services. The company's Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) strategy focuses on the significant emerging fields of 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, and Mobile Payments.
He's a long-term tenured member of The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) which has over 18000+ entrepreneurs as members from 60+ countries. He has served as the President of the Hyderabad Chapter. He is passionate about nurturing young entrepreneurs and continues to contribute in various capacities as a core member of the EO leadership team.
GV graduated from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, with a specialisation in electrical engineering and received an MBA from XIMB.
Sohail Kumar
Sohail holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the esteemed Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal University. He further honed his entrepreneurial skills by earning a Student Entrepreneurship Certification from The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).
With a strong foundation in business development at a leading renewable energy firm, Sohail has co-founded two innovative ventures: Haywire Gaming LLP, a mobile gaming esports company, and Scope Medics, which specialises in medication review and patient care services within the healthcare sector.
Sohail’s diverse professional experience includes roles and internships at top organisations such as BHEL, CYIENT, Laxmi Electronics, and Deccan Industries. A passionate advocate for data-driven innovation, he focuses on data analytics, modelling, and leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and user experiences, particularly in fintech.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Sohail is an avid basketball player who captained his school and college teams, leading them to victory in numerous tournaments.
PVRK Gandhi
Mr Gandhi is a seasoned multidisciplinary leader with over four decades of experience in diverse functional areas, including B2B sales, customer support, human capital management, corporate administration, and government and statutory relations. He began his career with Sarabhai Chemicals before joining Godrej & Boyce, where he excelled in various executive and managerial roles for over 25 years.
Since joining XIUS during its inception, Mr Gandhi has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and success. As a director on the board, he plays a pivotal role in corporate strategy and leads the office and corporate infrastructure teams. Additionally, he serves as a mentor, guiding cross-functional teams with his vast expertise and insight.
A lifelong learner, Mr Gandhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from AVN College, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Beyond his professional endeavours, he is a passionate traveller who relishes exploring new destinations in his free time.
Armaan G Kumar
Mr. Armaan G Kumar, is an active family member & shareholder of the GV Kumar group & serves on Board of Soarg Technologies Pvt Ltd. He is a tech enthusiast, an avid Basketball player and an entrepreneur with a passion for marketing.
He is currently part of the Core team of Whitefield BIO, a new venture into manufacturing Biofuels in India.
An Engineer by qualification, Mr. Kumar graduated from the prestigious Manipal Institute of Technology ( MIT Manipal) , an Indian Ivy league college, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B. tech- Mechanical).
Mr. Kumar won the National student entrepreneur of the year in 2017 from TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and represented India in the Global Student entrepreneur competition, held in San Jose, California, where he (& his team) was awarded the best global “Business Plan Execution strategy” award.
Mr. Kumar is a national level basketball Player (represented the state of Telangana in national U-19) and have won many tournaments as a captain / member of his school & College Basketball teams.
Mr. Kumar is also a major Shareholder / partner of 17D North (www.17dnorth.com) a group company engaged in Brand creation, marketing campaigns and helping companies with their social media strategy.
